PatternAdventure.com is owned by MTT Multantiv Ltd/Oy. MTT Multantiv Oy cares about customer privacy. We collect and save only the bare minimum of customer information to handle customer relationships. MTT Multantiv Oy, needs to collect certain information in our registry to provide a good service to our customers. This information is only used for order-processing, invoicing and other customer relationship management. We are currently not doing email marketing, but if we ever do, we will ask a separate permission from the customer to do so.
The customer information is collected directly from the customer on our website www.patternadventure.com and /or by email.
We use third party services to handle the payments. Payment information is directly handled by the payment service provider. The customer information and communication information are kept confidential. The customer has access to most of their data that MTT Multantiv Oy holds electronically by logging in to the customer account on our website www.patternadventure.com. Access to all data, will be provided within 30 days upon request sent to our customer service by email to email@example.com, each request will be granted.

1. INFORMATION ACCESSABLE ON OUR WEBSITE
Customer account information consists of the email address and password. All personal data including order history and change of password can be accessed, managed and changed in ‘Account’. The password is hashed. If forgotten, access to the account can be restored by resetting the Account's password. The content of the customer's Bag can be accessed only by the customer. Customer emails are not publicly accessible on our website.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
We need mandatory information to serve you effectively. Contact information will not be passed on or used for direct marketing or other non-order-related matters.

3. DELETION OF INFORMATION
Information collected is kept as sales records for 7-11 years (regulated by law).

Facebook is not connected to the customer database.
5. 'RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN' (the right to delete data)
On the customer’s request, the customer account will be deleted permanently. Your customer account will be deleted within a few business days after contacting our customer service and your identity has been confirmed by email, phone or in person.
Note: Sales records are kept for 7-11 years (regulated by law).
Our system uses automatic back-ups every day. All deleted information will be automatically removed from the back-up within one month of the deletion. Before we delete customer information, we will confirm the customer’s request.
6. DATA SECURITY
All data is stored off-site on a server in Germany and is protected by a pair of passkeys. Customer data is transferred via https://. A data breach plan is in place. In case of data breach, the customer will be informed.
In addition to PatternAdventure.com cookies, cookies may be set by our payment processor, Stripe. This depends on the chosen payment method. Some payment methods do not work if cookies are disabled.
The above mentioned cookies are strictly necessary cookies. Besides these, cookies for Google Analytics are used to give us a better understanding of your needs. You can disable these cookies by enabling the "Do Not Track" setting in your own web browser. Check your browser manual for instructions on how to do that.
8. UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY STATEMENT
We are constantly working on improving and developing our services. This may affect our Privacy Statement. We will not diminish your rights under this Privacy Statement or under applicable data protection laws. If we have changes to our Privacy Statement, the changes do not give us new rights on how to use customer information before we get a new permission from the customer. If we make significant changes, we will provide you with a notice when it is required by law. Please review our Privacy Statement from time to time in order to stay updated on any changes.
